Shipping and Payments

Payment Terms:

We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods as may be made available on our website. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship to UK addresses only. Any orders placed that use a reshipping company, will be cancelled due to higher fraud risk. This also applies to prep centers, or any kind of forwarding service. We offer standard and fast track shipping options with estimated delivery times. We offer an option to "fast track" shipments at checkout. We use Amazon's Fulfilment Centers to ship out some of our stock, these items are labelled as "Amazon" and it will be detailed in the items detail page too. Item we ship are often sent via Royal Mail, UPS if larger.

User Accounts:Customers can create an account on our website to view and manage their orders, save their details for faster checkout, and receive updates and promotions. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account details. We also have our own in house loyalty program, these points aren't transferrable and hold no cash value.
